Gluten Free Matzo Ball




Here is an easy-to-make gluten free alternative to the old Ashkenazi (Eastern European) Jewish comfort food. You can use Matzo Ball in your soup instead of dumplings, or when you want to turn your soup to a more filling meal. If you want to Combine east and west in your cooking, you can serve Matzo Ball with Yemenite Chicken Soup.

Ingredients:
 
1 quart/liter broth or broth base soup (chicken or vegetable).
1 cup almond flour
1/3 cup coconut flour
2 eggs
½ tsp garlic granule
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Salt

Preparation:
 
Bring broth to boil.  

Mix dry ingredients together.

  

Add eggs and mix.



Create 8 balls.



Add balls to boiling broth. 


Cover pot, reduce heat, and cook for 10 minutes before serving.
